Day to day, you’ll consult with patients who often arrive after other options haven’t worked, and who have frequently been dismissed elsewhere. You’ll have the time to actually listen, assess thoroughly, and build real relationships rather than rush people through. And you’ll never practise in isolation: our doctors and nurse practitioners work through complex cases together, with regular peer meetings, internal education, and mentoring from experienced cannabis clinicians.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re registered to practise in New Zealand as a doctor or Nurse Practitioner, and you’re committed to evidence-based, patient-centred care, harm minimisation, curious about treatment options beyond the conventional playbook, and genuinely interested in the person in front of you. Experience in medicinal cannabis is a bonus, but comprehensive training and mentoring are provided, so not a barrier.
