Dr. Nisal Kuruppu’s journey to becoming a cannabis doctor was driven by a lifelong dream of making a positive impact on people’s lives.
He studied medicine at the University of Otago, where he honed his medical skills and laid the foundation for his career.
He was first introduced to medicinal cannabis by a friend who thought he might find it interesting. When he started looking into it, Dr. Kuruppu discovered that this new field of medicine would be a great opportunity to help people improve their wellbeing.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Kuruppu enjoys staying fit and active. He also enjoys learning new technology, including flying drones and home automation.
