Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Rodolfo brings a wealth of international education and 18 combined years of nursing experience to the Cannabis Clinic—including 11 years as a nurse and seven years as a Nurse Practitioner. Practicing via Telehealth, his extensive academic background includes an MBChB from the Central University of Venezuela, alongside a Master of Science in Nursing (specializing as a Psychiatric/Mental Health NP) and a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin.

With profound clinical expertise in psychiatry and mental health, Rodolfo views medicinal cannabis as an increasingly vital and ubiquitous tool in modern healthcare. He is deeply committed to helping individuals self-heal and significantly improve their overall quality of life through plant-based therapies. Rodolfo believes that while finding the right treatment may require time and patience, the journey is incredibly rewarding once a successful pathway is established.
