Dr. Anneliese Noakes is a dedicated doctor at The Cannabis Clinic with over five
years of experience across various specialties, developing a broad base of medical
knowledge. She has a particular interest in lifestyle medicine and empowering
patients to take control of their health through meaningful behavioural changes. Dr.
Noakes has also studied trauma-centred healthcare philosophies described by Dr.
Gabor Maté and integrates these approaches into her consultations.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, playing football for the New Zealand
Women’s Medical Football Team on an international stage. She also finds joy in cold water swimming, slow walks in the forest with her elderly dog, and spending time with family and friends.
