Margaret brings an impressive 31 years of nursing experience to the Cannabis Clinic, holding a Comprehensive Nursing Diploma and a Midwifery Diploma from her studies in New Zealand. Based in Telehealth, Margaret combines her deep, foundational knowledge of patient care with a lifelong commitment to supporting health education and clinical leadership.

Driven by a strong research interest in the field, Margaret was drawn to medicinal cannabis after seeking out alternative, evidence-based care strategies. She is passionate about advocating for medicinal plant-based treatments, viewing them as an exceptionally safe, highly researched, and effective tool for managing both acute and chronic conditions. Her ultimate goal is to break down existing stereotypes, create an open, honest, and comfortable environment for clinical conversations, and support patients on their journeys to optimal well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Margaret is dedicated to adult education and leadership development, continually investing her experience back into the healthcare community to foster more supportive patient pathways.
