    We want to ensure you can live with confidence, knowing you have the correct information at hand when you need it most.

    A small fee applies to each letter type to cover the associated clinical and administrative costs.

      2. Please only order your required letters if you are an active patient and up to date with follow-ups.
      3. Once payment received, your request will be processed by our client services team +/- doctor (processing times vary by letter type)
      4. Please allow 3-10 working days for processing. If you need a specific timeframe or urgent request, contact [email protected]
      5. If you are not eligible for a requested letter, or we require more information, we will contact you (and refund when required).
